Office hours
Our office hours are 9am to 4pm, Monday to Friday. (Please note we operate in NSW time, including daylight savings, and if you are in Queensland you are an hour behind for the summer months). If you call outside these hours please leave us a message and we will get back to you as soon as we are back in the office.
Payment methods
We are able to process Credit Cards (via Stripe) or Direct Deposit.
You will find our account number for Direct Deposit at the bottom of your invoice and statement.
Payment Terms
Our payment terms for those who have been approved for an account are 30 days after end of month. This means all invoices generated within a month are due no later than the end of the following month (e.g. Total of all January invoices are due no later than the end of February). If you are not approved for an account you must pay before shipment.
Minimum purchase order
Minimum order is 10 bunches.
Standard/default order
A standard/default order is your normal weekly order, consisting of a number of bunches of each flower type; colour, variety and/or length preferences; and delivery day. You can have more than one delivery per week if required, and standard/default orders can be different for each delivery.
This can be increased, subject to flowers being available, or decreased, from time to time, but should remain relatively stable for most of the year or agreed period. If extras are needed please contact us and, subject to flowers being available, we will do our best to organise delivery.
We use the online ordering platform Fresho
Order Changes/Cancellations
If you need to make changes to your standard/default order you can do this online, by email, phone or fax, which we need to receive by 3pm (NSW time), 1 day prior to delivery. If you need to make changes after this time please contact us by phone and, provided it has not already been packed, we will endeavour to accommodate the changes. We will levy an administration fee to change/cancel any orders after they are packed.
Special/Wedding orders
All special/wedding orders need to be received in writing with the following specifications:

Type (Asiatic/LA, Oriental etc)
Colour /variety
Minimum length needed
Please be aware that flowers we sell direct will only start opening 7-10 days after purchase.
If for any reason we cannot provide you with exactly what you need, our sales staff will contact you to try and find an alternative.
Major Days (Valentines/Mothers Day/Christmas)
We aim to be able to supply 2-3 times your standard/default order, if needed, for these major periods. A customised order form will be sent to you 3-4 weeks prior to indicate your needs for this period. This form must be returned with your order, even if you do not need to increase your order, as no standard/default orders will be automatically sent over this period. Please be aware we cannot confirm these orders until 1-2 weeks prior as varying weather can have a major effect on crop timing.
Delivery Days
We have different delivery days are available depending on your location, please refer to the Fresho platform for more information.
Price List
We do not have a weekly price list; instead use a year round pricing system. This includes Major Days. This gives you the advantage of always knowing what your costs will be and being able to price in advance with confidence.
Other specials are offered from time to time as supply permits.
Upon receiving your completed Credit Application we will forward you a price list and other customer information.
Freight Costs
Freight costs vary depending on your location, and size of your order, and will be advised upon ordering.
Packaging
Orders are sent out in cartons. There are 2 sizes available:
Half size (small) – Fits approx 10-15 bunches
Full size (large) – Fits approx 25-32 bunches
Stems per bunch/Flowers per stem
Lilies have a minimum of 5 stems per bunch. From time to time, when stems are lighter or have less buds, extra stems may be included at no extra charge. Each stem should have a minimum of 2-3 flowers that will open.
Iris have 10 stems per bunch. We use extra large iris bulbs to achieve a stronger product, which from July onwards can be expected to have two flowers per stem.
Becoming a customer
To become a customer please contact us to obtain a copy of our Credit Application & Trading Terms. This must be signed, returned, and approved before any orders will be sent.
One-off orders
Sorry, we do not accept one-off orders as we must give full priority for supply to our regular customers.
